If you are arriving at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, you may choose how you prefer we greet you:

Baggage Greet
During a Baggage Greet, your chauffeur will greet you at the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight. He or she will be waiting for you and holding a sign with your name. Your chauffeur will assist you with your baggage and escort you to the car. The Baggage Greet fee is $22.00.

Limo Greet
During a Limo Greet, your chauffeur will greet you at the car. Once you have retrieved your baggage, you will call our office to inform us that you are ready to leave the airport. You will then proceed to the Limo-Taxi area of the airport. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you and holding a sign with your name. The Limo Greet fee is $10.00. We ask our Limo Greet clients to call us when baggage claim wait time is approaching 30 minutes.

Wait Charge
Due to airport gate and baggage claim delays, a $12.50 per 15-minute increment wait charge will be assessed on all service after a complimentary 15-minute grace period.

It is imperative that you inform us of any changes in your airline travel itinerary.
