If you are arriving at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, you may choose how you prefer we greet you:

Baggage Greet
During a Baggage Greet, your chauffeur will greet you at the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight. He or she will be waiting for you and holding a sign with your name. Your chauffeur will assist you with your baggage and escort you to the car. The Baggage Greet fee is $22.00.

Limo Greet
During a Limo Greet, your chauffeur will greet you at the car. Once you have retrieved your baggage, you will proceed to the Limo-Taxi area of the airport. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you and holding a sign with your name. The Limo Greet fee is $10.00. We ask our Limo Greet clients to call us when baggage claim wait time is approaching 30 minutes.

Wait Charge
Due to airport gate and baggage claim delays, a $12.50 per 15-minute increment wait charge will be assessed on all service after a complimentary 15-minute grace period.

It is imperative that you inform us of any changes in your airline travel itinerary.
